ago he bought a certain tract of Land of Zacheriah
Thacker Laying on Hogans Creek in Guilford County[NC] bounding on Zacheriah
Thacker, Evan Allen & Neal Scots lines, supposed to be
one hundred acres, but since that time one William
Obannon hath survey'd a track of land and in croated [encroached]
on the above mentioned Nathaniel Thacker land, and
take[taken] from him about Forty Acres, Contrary to the
Conditional lines, and the Oldest Improvement as
