Purchasers were Matthew Coe, Ace Coleman Coe, James Coe, Wilson Coe, John Coe, Ernest Cleveland Coe, Milton Green Coe and H. R. Coe. The estate was settled 26 Jul 1915 with assets of $323.42; debts of $89.20. His brother William H. Coe was appointed administrator. 216
